What data we collect and why

Through the booking form: name, email, phone number and the event details you provide (type, date, location, number of guests, schedule, budget and message). We use this data only to reply to your request and, where applicable, to prepare and deliver the service.

Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request and your consent (Article 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).

How long we keep it

Requests that do not lead to a booking are deleted after 12 months. Data for events that took place is kept for the period required by tax obligations.

Sharing

Your data is not sold or passed on to third parties. It is stored on the website's hosting server and in the controller's mailbox.

Cookies and external services

This site does not use advertising cookies. Analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta) are only enabled if you accept them in the cookie notice. The Mixcloud player is only loaded when you click “Listen”; from that moment Mixcloud may set its own cookies, in accordance with the Mixcloud privacy policy.

Your rights

You may request access to, rectification, erasure or portability of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD.
